  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, sautéed onions, garlic powder, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
