  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 slices provolone or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups fresh arugula or spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add sliced onions. Cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  3. Slice each slider bun in half horizontally. Layer the bottom half with roast beef, cheese, and caramelized onions. Top with fresh greens and spread horseradish sauce on the top half before placing it back on.
  4. Arrange assembled sliders on a baking tray. Brush melted butter over the tops and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
