  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each cracker, then top with another cracker to form sandwiches.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring after each interval.
  5. Dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate until fully coated and return to the parchment paper to cool until set.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over cooled cookies; sprinkle sea salt while still warm.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 15-30 minutes until firm.
