- 2 cups creamy queso cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from skillet.
