Instructions

- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Gradually combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared pan and drizzle half of the honey on top. Add the remaining batter and drizzle with more honey for swirls.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before glazing with powdered sugar mixed with milk.
