  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup vegetable oil (or applesauce)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan and drizzle half of the honey on top. Add the remaining batter and drizzle with more honey for swirls.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before glazing with powdered sugar mixed with milk.
