  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough (thawed overnight)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 8 oz high-quality Brie cheese (diced)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen bread dough overnight in the fridge.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar over low heat until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, combine cranberries and diced Brie.
  4. Tear the risen dough into golf ball-sized pieces and mix with the cranberry-cheese blend.
  5. Layer half of the dough balls in a greased bundt pan, drizzle half of the melted butter on top, and add the remaining dough balls followed by more butter.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
