Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to about 1 inch thick.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with whisked eggs, and one with crushed pretzels mixed with panko.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, dip into the egg, then coat with the pretzel-panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
