- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup chopped pistachios (for topping)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moistened. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in chopped pistachios into the cream mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares. Top with chopped pistachios and powdered sugar before serving.
