  • 1 lb ribeye steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 8 oz provolone cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions and bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add ribeye slices, season with garlic powder, and cook until browned (3 to 4 minutes).
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Layer sautéed steak and veggies on the dough, followed by shredded provolone.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one side to another and pinch the seams to seal.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the rolled Stromboli with egg wash and bake on a parchment-lined tray for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
