  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
