  • 1 French baguette (10 oz)
  • 2 ripe peaches (about 8 oz)
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into half-inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over each slice and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. While the crostini bake, thinly slice the peaches.
