  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 tsp red food coloring
  • 2 tsp blue food coloring
  • Fresh strawberries and blueberries (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies until finely ground. Mix in melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes then let cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  6. Divide the filling into three bowls; color one-third red, one-third blue, and leave one-third white.
  7. Layer the fillings into the cooled crust in that order.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
