  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz each)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss them in a bowl with granulated sugar and cinnamon until coated.
  3. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  4. Place half of the coated biscuit pieces into each muffin cup. Drizzle half of the melted butter mixture over them, then add more biscuit pieces on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
