  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning and garlic powder until smooth.
  5. Fold in half of the marinara sauce into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cooked spaghetti, followed by the cream cheese mixture and half of the mozzarella.
  7. Repeat layering with remaining spaghetti, marinara sauce, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
