- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp bourbon
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the glaze over them. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place marinated salmon skin-side down on it. Drizzle additional glaze on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
