Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (about 2 cups pureed)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 4 oz dark chocolate (for dipping)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts or coconut flakes (optional toppings)

Instructions

  1. Blend ripe mangoes until smooth, then mix in coconut milk and honey until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for 6-8 hours until solid.
