  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 lb cooked ground beef or pulled pork
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen tater tots on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. While the tots bake, cook ground beef or pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in BBQ sauce until well combined.
  3. Once the tater tots are finished baking, evenly layer the meat mixture over them, followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Return the loaded nachos to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
