- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some cooking water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until pink (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Stir in minced garlic, then add lemon juice and zest. Cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing well to combine.
