- 8 oz egg noodles (or rice)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar (unseasoned)
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
