  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the steaks from the fridge and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  6. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, soy sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
