  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and coat them with half of the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. Drizzle remaining sauce over chicken five minutes before removing from the oven to create a sticky glaze.
  6. Allow to rest for five minutes before serving.
