  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 23 limes)
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours) in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and brush the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve it) and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and they are beautifully golden brown.
