Instructions

  2. Wash the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the pit carefully.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
  4. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on the cut sides and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Place peach halves cut-side down on the grill for 4-5 minutes until charred.
  6. Flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
