Description

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, feta cheese, lemon zest, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  3. Scoop out about 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet with space between them.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).
