  • 8 oz sirloin steak, sliced
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear steak strips until browned (about 3 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat, add minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently until warmed through.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and seared steak back into the skillet; toss until well coated. If too thick, gradually add reserved pasta water.
