Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Bamboo skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While marinating, soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with spacing for even cooking.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
