  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, then add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into small loaves (about 5-6) and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and juices are bubbling.
