  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square and fold corners over to seal.
  5. Brush each bomb with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with dipping sauces.
