  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 garlic bread rolls
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  5. Slice garlic bread rolls in half; spread remaining garlic on each side with butter.
  6. Bake rolls in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  7. Assemble subs by placing meatballs and sauce onto the rolls; top with shredded mozzarella.
  8. Return assembled subs to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
