  • 1 cup cucumber, julienned (preferably English)
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley or dill), chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools: cutting board, knife, and mixing bowl.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with chopped herbs until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
