  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them. Slice into halves or quarters.
  2. Blend strawberries with sugar in a blender until smooth; strain if desired.
  3. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over water in a small bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat the strawberry puree in a saucepan over low heat; stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  5. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture until combined.
  7. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
