  • 2 large yellow onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
