- 4 large eggs
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook the frozen hash browns in the remaining bacon grease until golden brown on one side (5-6 minutes), then flip.
- In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of reserved bacon grease over medium heat and whisk in flour for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring continuously until thickened.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper; cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Fry eggs sunny-side-up in a separate skillet for about 3-4 minutes until whites are set but yolks remain runny.
- To serve, place hash browns on plates, top with fried eggs, and pour gravy over everything. Garnish with chives or green onions.
