Description

Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Brown Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cream Cheese
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Colorful Sprinkles or Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten slightly, place a dollop of cream cheese filling in the center, and enclose it with dough.
