  • 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the marinara sauce, cream cheese, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Spread half of the sauce mixture over the chicken. Add a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, breaking them as needed.
  4. Sprinkle spinach (if using) and half of the mozzarella on top. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.
  5. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chicken shreds easily; about 30 minutes before serving, add remaining mozzarella on top to melt.
  6. Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
