  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk until thickened. Add cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. Fold cooked macaroni and chopped lobster into the cheese sauce until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Shape cooled mixture into bite-sized balls. Dip each ball in beaten eggs and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
