  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry into a tart pan, ensuring it covers the edges.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
