Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper and sear for about 3–4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine while scraping any brown bits from the pan. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted, then add the drained pasta and sliced steak back into the skillet. Toss until well combined.
