- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Boil the gnocchi in salted water until they float, then drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Gradually pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Let it simmer for about 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, gently stirring to coat them in the sauce for around 2 minutes.
- Stir in freshly grated Parmesan until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
