Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the gnocchi in salted water until they float, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Gradually pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously. Let it simmer for about 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, gently stirring to coat them in the sauce for around 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese or black pepper if desired.
