  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, half of the Parmesan cheese, and parsley until well mixed.
  3. Spoon the seafood mixture into each shell and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream with remaining Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with extra parsley before serving hot.
