- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, half of the Parmesan cheese, and parsley until well mixed.
- Spoon the seafood mixture into each shell and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream with remaining Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with extra parsley before serving hot.
