  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 8 oz fresh cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the garlic and onion and slicing the mushrooms.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.

  5. Stir in heavy cream and return pork chops to the skillet; simmer for 10 minutes.
