  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low. Melt the butter; add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and heavy cream, simmering gently until slightly thickened.
  3. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  4. Toss zucchini slices in seasoned flour and fry in another skillet with olive oil until golden brown—about 3–4 minutes on each side.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the sauce, coating it well before serving alongside crispy zucchini.
