  • 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  3. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes before stirring in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer gently for another 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving over pasta or rice.
