- 2 cups canned white beans, rinsed
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup diced green chiles (canned)

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

- 2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom; add rinsed beans on top.
- 3. Pour chicken broth and add diced green chiles; stir gently.
- 4. Cube cream cheese and sprinkle over the top along with cumin and chili powder.
- 5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken shreds easily.
- 6. Shred the chicken in the pot; stir in lime juice and cilantro before serving.
