  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups canned white beans, rinsed
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced green chiles (canned)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.
  2. 2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom; add rinsed beans on top.
  3. 3. Pour chicken broth and add diced green chiles; stir gently.
