- 6 strips crispy bacon
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach or kale (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and leave some grease in the pan.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; sear in the same skillet until golden brown on both sides (about 5-6 minutes per side).
- Lower the heat, add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and stir until simmering.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Add cooked pasta and crispy bacon; toss gently to combine.
