  • 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 strips crispy bacon
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach or kale (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and leave some grease in the pan.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; sear in the same skillet until golden brown on both sides (about 5-6 minutes per side).
  4. Lower the heat, add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and stir until simmering.
  5. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Add cooked pasta and crispy bacon; toss gently to combine.
  6. If using greens, fold them into the pasta until just wilted (about one minute). Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
