  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cranberries, diced pears, granulated sugar, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Let sit.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into a greased pie dish and top with the crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
