- 1 large sourdough bread loaf
- 8 oz ripe brie cheese
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions

- Slice off the top of the sourdough loaf and hollow out some of the inside.
- Place brie in the center, then add cranberries and drizzle honey on top.
- If using walnuts, sprinkle them over the filling.
- Replace the lid and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
