  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 8 oz lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems; chop stems finely.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, lemon juice, and chopped mushroom stems until well combined.
