- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- Bake crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar and blend until fluffy.
- Mix in peanut butter until fully combined. Add eggs one at a time, blending after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until just combined. Pour over cooled crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least two hours before slicing.
