  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Lay them flat and place two slices of ham and some shredded cheese inside each breast. Roll tightly.
  3. Set up an assembly line with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in three shallow bowls.
  4. Dip each rolled chicken breast into the flour, then the egg wash, followed by the breadcrumbs.
